Bellzora Huff Burwell

OXFORD: Bellzora Huff Burwell, age 96 died Monday May 19, 2014 at Brantwood Nursing Center. She was a native of Person Co. and was the daughter of the late Bernee Daniel Huff, Sr. and Lilly Toney Huff. She was the widow of James Morton Burwell. Bellzora was a home maker, farmer, member of Trinity Uneed Methodist Church, where she was very active in the church. She loved to go to Auctions to see what she could find. She was also a former employee of Collins & Aikman in Roxboro. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday May 23, 2014 at Trinity Uneed Methodist Church by the Rev. Lori Cox and Rev. Ron Patton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Surviving is a granddaughter, Amy LamontDavid; sisters, Mildred Dixon and Leona Oakley both of Oxford; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded ineeath by a daughter, Kay Burwell Lemons, brothers, Bob Huff, Bernee Huff II, H.T. Huff, Yates Huff and sister Candace Young. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the service in the church.
