Alfred Jordan Foushee

Alfred Jordan "Pa" Foushee, 74, of Tobacco Road, Pittsboro died June 14, 2010 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. A Chatham County native, Mr. Foushee was born neember 28, 1935 to John Thomas Foushee aneemmer Jourdan Foushee. He was a retired carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Claudia Walters Foushee; sons, Larry Smith, Jimmy Manring and Teddy Manring all of Pittsboro, Robert Manring of Roxboro; daughters, Louise Lefler and Kathy Manring of Pittsboro, Amanda Witting of Garner, Donna Bass of Chapel Hill; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. The funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home, Pittsboro. Interment to follow in Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church cemetery.
