He is survived by his sister, Willie Keaton Williams (Carter) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his nephew, Myers Williams (Colleen); and his niece, Catherine Tucker (John). Benjamin was preceded ineeath by his life-mate of 49 years, Wallace Randolph ???Ranny??? Umberger, Jr. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 19, 2017 at St. Philip???s Episcopal Church, 403 E. Main St. in Durham. A reception in the fellowship hall will follow the service.
