Carolyn Harris White

Mrs. Carolyn White, age 74, of Pittsboro, departed this life, Saturday morning December 28, 2013 at her home. The funeral will be held 11:00AM, Monday, December 30, 2013 at Solid Rock Baptist Church, 3903 U.S. Highway 64 West, Pittsboro, NC 27312, with Pastor Jerry Sanders officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Bynum Methodist Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, J.R. White; her daughters, Miranda Ann May, Crystal Rae White, and Martha Jean Bristol, all of Pittsboro, NC; sisters, Shirley Mae Gregory, Mary Kathy Harris of Winston Salem, NC and Betsy Rosetta Sink of High Point, NC; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials to honor Carolynee made to: UNC Hospice or Solid Rock Baptist Church Building Fund.
