Evelyn Butts Brummitt

Kernersville Evelyn Butts Brummitt, age 72, of Kernersville, NC died on January 22, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Lewis W. and Nettie Harvey Butts. She was a beloved mother and wife and a native of Berkley Springs, West Virginia. Graveside services will be held, Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Gray Rock Uneed Methodist Church by the Rev. Gregg A. Presnal. Surviving is her husband of 49 years, Ralph B. Brummitt; daughter, Michelle B. Wise of Raneeman; two sisters, Dorothy B. Stanley, Berneean B. Jackson; one brother, Howard Butts, Sr. all from West Virginia. The family will have a celebration of her life from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church and a greeting of friends immediately following graveside service in the fellowship hall.
