Hattie Lou Knight

Hattie Lou Knight, age 80, died Tuesday at Carver Living Center. Hattie was the daughter of the late John N. Lasater, Sr. and Hattie Lou Howard Lasater. She was a native of Durham and a member of Temple Baptist Church. Surviving are her sons, John Knight and wife Teresa and Thomas Knight, all of Durham; her sister, Shirley Seawell, of Durham; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded ineeath by her husband, Arthur J. Knight; Jr. her daughter Heather Ann Knight and brother, John N. Lasater, Jr. Graveside Services will be 11 AM Friday in Maplewood Cemetery with the Rev. Clay Warf officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service.
