James Wadsworth Godwin

James Wadsworth Godwin, 92, resident of 2405 Carver Street, died Sunday morning at his home. He was born ineee County, son of the late Abner Godwin and Lizzie Hobbs Godwin. Mr. Godwin was retired from GTE, where he was employed for 37 years. He was the oldest surviving member of I.B.E.W. Local Union 289. He was a member of Gorman Baptist Church. Mr. Godwin will be remembered as a man who appreciated the great outdoors. He loved to fish and hunt but especially loved base ball. He loved his family aneenjoyed time spent with them. Whenee was 90 years old, he was out in the yard playing ball with his Great
