Joseph Gabriel Leperi, 87, died July 31, 2011 at his home in Pittsboro, NC. Joseph Leperi, a devoted husband for over 65 wonderful years, loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great grandfather. You will be deeply missed, your life lessons, genee ways and loving heart. WWII survivor, a member of the Navy Medical Staff Corps, The Knights of Columbus, the VFW, and The Americaneegion. You had a mission to fulfill. You will forever be in our hearts. Joseph is survived by his wife Eleanor Leperi; son, David J. Leperi and daughter-in-law, Arlene Leperi; granddaughter, Tina Higgins and husband, Michael; grandson, David C. Leperi; and great grandson, Ian Higgins. There will be a visitation at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home oneednesday, August 3 at 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm followed by procession to Saint Julia Catholic Church in Siler City where Mass will be held at 2:00 pm.
