Katherine Hughes Parson

SANFORD - Parson, Katherine, age 67, of Sanford went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Katherine was born October 12, 1938 in Lillington, NC to the late JW & Essie Mae Baker Hughes. She attended Sanford Business College where she obtained a diploma as a business secretary. In 1961, she married the love of her life, the Rev. Jesse L. Parson. In 1962, they began their pastoral ministry in Aberdeen, NC followed by several churches to include St. Paul
