Lewis Francis Foytlin, 83, died Saturday, May 14, in his Durham home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Yonkers, N.Y. on October 31, 1921, Lew was the son of Ludwig and Angylea Papula Foytlin. Lew proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as an aviation machinist
