Martin E. Villanueva

Martin Villanueva, age 70, died Tuesday evening in Durham Regional Hospital. Mr. Villanueva was born in Ozamis City, Philippines and is the son of the late Leodegario aneestellita Villanueva. He was Valedictorian of his elementary and high school class. He attended the Uneersity of the Philippines on a scholarship and was a graduate of Lyceum Uneersity of Philippines, where he was a law school graduate with a degree concentrated in Criminal Justice. He worked in the Senee Office of the Philippines. After moving to Durham, He was employed in the accounting department of Duke Medical Center. Surviving are his wife, Bella Quiambao Villanueva of Durham; one sister, Rosario Custodio; brother, Pastor and wife Lila and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 pm Friday at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 9 am Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr.
