Mildred Jordan Hand

Mildred Jordan Hand died October 12, 2011 at Siler City Rehabilitationeenter. Mildred was a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of Pittsboro Baptist Church and a homemaker. She will be missed. Mrs. Hand is survived by her husband Dennis Hand of Pittsboro; daughter Denee Harrell and son-in law Dennis of Pittsboro; brother Leon Byerly of Delaware; sister Alice Maddox of Florida; and two grandsons, Justin and Cody of Pittsboro. Mildred is preceded ineeath by her parents Festus and Gena Jordan and sister Marie Harris. There will be a visitation at Hall-Wynne Funeral Home in Pittsboro, Friday, October 14 from 7:00-9:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at Juneer Springs Baptist Church in Broadway Saturday, October 15 at 11:00 am.
