Ronee Cecil Whitt

OXFORD: Ronee Cecil Whitt, age 55 a resident of Oxford died August 28, 2012 in Wake Med. He was a native of Granville Co. and was the son of Edith Hilton Whitt and the late Romie William Whitt. Ronee was a truck driver and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted Friday August 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church by Rev. Keith Williams. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife, Holly Jones Whitt; daughter, Jenneer Whitt-DukeJeff of Oxford; grandson Joseph Keith Duke; sister, Faye Whitt Woodlief Steve of Oxford. He was preceded ineeath by two twin daughters. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM in the Gentry-neell & Vaughan Funeral Home.
