Rosile Griffin Tant

Rosile Griffin Tant, age 79 of Raleigh, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 at her home. A native of Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Athaleah Wood Griffin, and widow of Frank Junior Tant. She was a homemaker. Surviving is a daughter, Jenny Haney of Rolesville; sons, Frank Tant, III of Raleigh and Tim Tant of Franklinton; her sister, Dianne Forsbery of Southern Pines and LaVern Stott of Franklinton; nee grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Franklinton, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 PM on Saturday, prior to the service at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel.
