Walter Herbert Green, age 55, died peacefully at his home in the Carpenter Community of western Wake County on Tuesday, February 15. Born in Durham, NC, Walter grew up in the Nelson Community and was a graduate of C.E. Jordan High School in Durham, NC, where he played football.
